Moments of joy that we wish we could capture and hold forever. Moments of anticipation as we stand on the edge of what is next. And then there are moments of darkness. Those moments that rob us of joy and seep into every aspect of our lives so that darkness is all we see when we look around.
I specialize in working with couples and parents, but work with people of all ages and phases of life to help you find light when your story has been marred by darkness.

I work with you to examine the ways you have learned to cope with the difficult parts of life and see how those ways of coping are no longer working.

Making the decision to begin therapy is not an easy one. I understand the inner tension between the desire for healing and the fear of being vulnerable and exploring your story. My true passion is walking alongside those that choose to walk into the harmful parts of their story in search of light. During our time together I will provide space for you to share your burdens, heal, and experience renewal in your relationships.
I have lived in Fort Lauderdale for almost 10 years and have a heart for this city and its people. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
